Seek guidance from the lovely folks at Foundations in Lake Charles, Louisiana. We assist people who have completed their substance abuse recovery treatments.
We help with job placement and require meeting attendance. In our houses, we will guide you to build healthy relationships, complete discharge plans, follow the rules in the houses, and maintain complete abstinence. You may get in touch with us to find out how we can assist you.

2. Chain of Command: Blaine, Katie, and then house manager.
3. Everyone must do their share of chores around the house or you will be fined. Also keep your room clean at all times. ($10.00 first time, $20.00 second time, and third time you can go.)
4. Everyone must be in the house for curfew and remain in the house for the remainder of the night. (1st thirty days 10pm every night. After thirty days, 11 pm weeknights and 12 am weekends which is considered Friday and Saturdays)
5. Everyone must attend a minimum of 3 meetings per week.
6. Everyone not working must wake up by 8 and be proactive on job searches.
7. Everyone must have proper hygiene.
8. Everyone must be employed.
9. NO PETS.
10. No unapproved guests. (Ex: someone whose been kicked out of rehab or our houses, someone who is using, someone who causes disturbances within our homes, ect…)
11. No guests past curfew.
12. No guests allowed anywhere other than common areas.
13. If you are under court order or you are in outpatient, you must abide by those obligations as well as our rules and obligations. IT’S NOT OPTIONAL! YOU WILL BE DISCHARGED!
14. No drugs of any kind allowed in our homes. THAT MEANS ANY MIND ALTERING SUBSTANCES; Kratom, suboxone, cbd oil, ect…
16. House meetings weekly are mandatory! You CAN NOT miss unless at work. No exceptions.
17. No alcohol.
18. No one is allowed to be disrespectful to one another. Absolutely no cursing someone out.
19. No sex in our homes.
20. No weapons of any kind not even for hunting.
21. No altering our homes in any way.
22. You must submit to drug and alcohol tests at any time.
23. You must take that test within one hour or it is considered positive. (1 HOUR AND 1 BOTTLE OF WATER!)
24. We can search your room and belongings at any time.
25. We can and will keep video surveillance.
26. No lying, cheating, stealing, or disruptive behavior of any kind. THIS IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE DISCHARGE.
27. After 30 days and if your rent/deposit is paid up, you will be allowed weekend passes. (This means your rent is paid up before you go. It also means your weekly chores are done and you’ve made all your meetings for the week. You need to let house manager know your whereabouts, but you also need to call Katie so your rent can be verified that it’s a zero balance.)
28. If you break any of our rules and/or are discharged, you will forfeit whatever money you have paid. We do not give refunds.
